The Credit Manager – AR Collections oversees a team responsible for driving cash performance, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring adherence to credit and collection policies. The role provides day to day leadership, coaching, workload management, and escalation support to deliver accurate AR operations and strong financial controls. This position drives continuous improvement and aligns team performance with Goodyear’s working capital and strategic business objectives.
