What you'll do
- Design, implement, and optimize credit strategies that directly impact growth, risk and customer experience.
- Own credit strategy design: define and evolve underwriting policies, approval criteria and limit‑setting frameworks.
- Translate data into decisions: leverage analytics and model outputs to drive actionable credit rules.
- Balance approval rates, revenue and loss rates through continuous strategy iteration to optimize portfolio performance.
- Design and refine decision frameworks for acquisition, line increases and ongoing exposure management.
- Monitor key metrics (approval rate, NPLs, utilization, vintage curves) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Run A/B tests and controlled rollouts to improve credit outcomes.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in underwriting and decisioning workflows using automation tools.
