They are seeking a dynamic and driven professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Criminal law to join their team. Your new role In this position, you will take on a variety of key responsibilities. These include preparing and submitting materials to the Court, Crown, and jail, as well as coordinating court appearances and meetings within the firm’s calendar. You will handle accounts compliance calls, ensuring that payments are secured from clients, and work closely with lawyers to support their day-to-day and weekly tasks. Additional duties include drafting legal documents like notices of application, judges’ orders, and designations, while also liaising with jail facilities to arrange in-person, video, and phone visits.
