Description
Join our team at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD (The Harris Center) as a Crisis Line Licensed Therapist (LPHA). The Crisis Line LPHA provides clinical oversight to callers of the Crisis Line by monitoring and creating treatment plans for those that need it. This position provides training and coaching on how to provide appropriate care to callers. The Crisis Line LPHA focuses primarily on monitoring calls, specifically callers who call frequently and creates caller profiles/treatment plans for these calls. This position works with callers and their treatment teams to create the best plan to serve the caller within the scope of Crisis Line work.
