Cross-Border M&A & Debt Advisory Associate

Alfaro, Dávila & Scherer is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate/Senior Associate with 3-5 years in M&A or Debt Restructuring. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and excellent analytical capabilities. Responsibilities include building complex financial models, preparing presentations, and managing analysts throughout transactions.
