As a Custodial Associate, you will be part of a mission-driven team committed to community improvement. Your responsibilities will include various cleaning tasks across our facilities, ensuring a sanitary and welcoming space. Comprehensive training and support will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and common spaces
• Support waste management and recycling efforts
• Maintain equipment and ensure it operates safely
• Spot clean areas needing immediate attention
• Perform minor maintenance reporting as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in janitorial services is a plus
• Initiative and motivation to work independently
