Custodian/Janitor

Responsibilities:

* Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
* Cleaning washrooms, vents, and high-touch surfaces
* Emptying garbage and recycling
* Carrying out heavy monthly / periodic cleaning tasks
* Notifying Supervisor of required maintenance / repairs
* Stocking and maintaining supplies
* Cooperation with staff and following all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
* Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
