Individual who has hands on experience with a focus on numbers and querying databases to build out usecases and dashboards.Knowledge and Skills:- Analyzing customer data to better understand customers- Leverage the customer data to create segments for targeting and experimentation- Enrich the customer data with firmographic and intent data- Evaluate cross-sell, loyalty and retention programs- Evaluate marketing performance- SMB business experience and SQL are all nice to have but the core is still Customer Analytics and someone with experience with analyzing customer data to improve performance- Customer retention programs- Cross-sell programs- Known user acquisition program- Customer Data Platform (CDP) and clean room concept for utilization of data (so ability to centralize all data that can be leveraged across platforms/programs.
