Customer Banking Specialist - Daylesford (Durango)

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our Daylesford branch team for a fixed term contract of 15 months - 14 hours per week - Monday and Friday: 9.15am - 5.00pm - Do work that matters

• Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquiries & transactions.
• After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
