Description

LocationOnsite role based at Nextiva's Guadalajara office (Calle Amado Nervo ****, Jardínes del Sol, ***** Zapopan, Jal.).
In‐Office ExpectationThis role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in‐person team environment.Main ResponsibilitiesReview invoices and create credit memos to customer accountsAssist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issuesIssue credits for service/product removals and cancellationResearch and respond to customer credit card disputesMaintain detailed logs of customer interactionsAnswer inbound phone calls and instant messagesSupport Nextiva's ticketing systemProvide back‐up customer support for other positions as neededCreate, review and apply incoming paymentsProcess credit applications and set customers up on invoicingWork with internal customers in other departments as neededResearch discrepancies and help to settle disputesOrder service disconnection (disable) of accounts as necessaryUpdate ...
