The Customer Care Representative is responsible for managing Global incoming support calls, Contact Management, and Entitlement verification using our Support Portal.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Answer customer phone calls and validates entitlement to services.
- Monitor various portals as well as mailboxes for customer Inquiries
- Contact Registration and set temporary support extensions when and if applicable.
- Route and direct escalated calls as needed for resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and admin type role.
- Full proficiency in English.
