• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,800 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the customer's main contact person and handle customer-related matters
• Manage a group of accounts, identify key customers, and create action plans to grow these accounts
• Identify solutions needed to meet customer needs and work closely with the Technical Support Team to make them available
