Customer-Focused Member Experience Role

Drive excellent member service as a Customer-Focused Member Experience Representative at FirstOntario. Identify financial solutions that enhance the well-being of our members.
In this position, you'll focus on delivering high-quality service while empowering members with accurate financial advice. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will participate in business development initiatives and ensure adherence to the organization's Member Experience standards. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to support and achieve member engagement goals.
