- Recommend effective WellnessLiving solutions by understanding clients’ business models, organizational structures, and goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings to share best practices, data-driven insights, and results that support renewals, growth, and referrals.
- Serve as a product expert, advising clients on WellnessLiving’s software, key features, and additional services.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of customer engagement to drive adoption and satisfaction.
