Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be the first to welcome newly-signed partners to the Owner platform. You will manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring alignment on expectations so they receive the highest quality mobile app and website launch as soon as possible. This fast-pace, KPI-focused role involves managing high volumes of inbound/outbound emails, calls, and SMS messages. You will partner closely with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of the product and ensure a smooth handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
Impact
- Advocate for restaurant owners so they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence.
- Coach and educate owners on best practices for online ordering, backed by statistics and rigorous SEO testing.
