PROFILE
- 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES SUPPORT OR ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE, PREFERABLY WITHIN A SERVICE INDUSTRY.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ORGANIZATION, STRONG COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.
- TIME MANAGEMENT
- PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND CRM SOFTWARE.
- KNOWLEDGE OF SALES PROCESSES AND THE SALES FUNNEL, INCLUDING LEAD GENERATION, QUALIFICATION AND CONVERSION.
RESPONSIBILITIES CREATE ACCURATE AND DETAILED SERVICE ORDERS BASED PRIOR WORK COMPLETED FOR CLIENTS.
- LIAISE WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS SUCH AS SALES AND OPERATIONS TO GATHER NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR ORDER CREATION.
- IMPLEMENT BEST PRACTICES AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY AND ACCURACY.
- DATA MANAGEMENT
- RUN REPORTS AND FIND SALES OPPORTUNITIED
- BUILD QUOTES AND SEND TO SALES TEAM
- SUBMIT ORDER ONCE SALES CLOSES THE LEAD.

FULL TIME, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
