We are currently seeking a Customer Quality Engineer .
Responsibilities:
- Visit customers as scheduled and complete visit records.
- Establish clear communication channels with customers and deliver customer information promptly to internal teams.
- Prepare materials for quality meetings as required by customers.
- Communicate quality improvement activities to customers, organize and address customer complaints.
- Achieve quality objectives and assurance agreements with customers, and organize their implementation.
- Coordinate the return process of after-sales parts with customers.
- Conduct analysis according to the After-sales return part analysis process and complete summary reports on time.
- Ensure customer claims, invoices, and return documentation are clear and accurate.
