Descripción y detalle de las actividades- The Customer Quality Engineer will be supporting the Americas sales team by providing technical expertise on the company's product portfolio of automation components, mainly Solid State Relays and Motor controllers.
- He/She will be responsible for developing a strong technical link between the sales team and the R&D department.
**Responsibilities**:- **Technical Expertise and Support**- Provide guidance and expertise to the sales team on technical issues.
- Providing feedback about customer-used cases to the R&D department.
-- **Claims Analysis and Trouble Shooting**- Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why's, or Ishikawa.
- Experiência y requisitos- **Requirements**:- Holds an electrical or electronics engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
