Description

Drive excellence in quality management as a Customer Quality Specialist at Magna. This role emphasizes customer support, internal problem-solving, and continuous improvement in automotive technologies.
In the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group, you'll coordinate containment actions, address internal concerns, and engage in customer quality meetings. Your experience in problem-solving and quality auditing will be essential to enhance production processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with teams to instill best practices in automotive quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resolution of external and internal quality issues
• Create and lead customer-specific report analyses
• Manage quality containment processes on shop floors
