**What you'll do**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organization for all quality-related topics.
- Main responsible to assure VoC is monitored and actions are taken to ensure is at optimal level.
- Lead customer meetings, audits, program reviews during escalation concerns/issues.
- Understand customer-specific requirements (CSR) and ensure fulfillment & alignment across the internal teams.
Train as needed the CQ teams at sites, and areas that requires engagement.
