Description
The Customer Relations Analyst will support the Sales team ongoing client servicing and business support functions. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, high-quality client experience, and effective delivery of marketing and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Trade Systems, and Risk teams to support seamless ongoing servicing and client integration.
+ Liaise with Sales desks to support client account management and enhance client engagement and experience
+ Support management of external business relationships and related processes
+ Identify and support cross-selling opportunities across different desks and product lines
