Customer Service AnalystLocation: Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).
ResponsibilitiesProvide timely follow‐up to clients.Ship releases to clients according to schedule.Ensure releases on time for the planning team.Communicate constantly with production planning team.Monitor weekly and daily customer requirements.Avoid obsolescence or excess at FG (Finished Goods) level.Maintain inventory levels at Finished Goods within the required level.Monitor engineering changes for each product with the corresponding department.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, and/or Business Administration.1-3 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry.Knowledge and management of customer portals (Covisint).
