Responsibilities
- Handle calls and emails professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Upsell properties or services within the hotel chain to potential and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing roles).
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Communicative and customer-oriented.
- Willing to relocate and work full on-site in Bali 5 days a week.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

- This role is open ONLY to Japan citizens.
