The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Rapid Diagnostics Division and requires on‑site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day. Abbott’s rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges.

As the Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you’ll have the chance to be responsible for leading end‑to‑end Order Management and Distribution, ensuring a seamless Order‑to‑Delivery process and delivering a high‑quality customer experience. This role oversees outsourced customer service and 3PL operations, including warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring service‑level adherence, cost efficiency, operation excellence and compliance with internal and external regulations.
