At Immiland Canada, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager for the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales of mechanics departments
  • Manage staff and assign duties of the car shop.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policiesin the car mechanic shop.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Several years of related mechanical customer service manager experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
