Overview
Our client, a leading banking institution in Canada, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Professional - Bilingual IIIX (8 positions) . This is a contract role for 1 year with potential extension or conversion to permanent employment. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at locations in Halifax Nova Scotia, Montreal Quebec, or Waterloo Ontario.
Schedule
Rotating work schedule to accommodate customer calls from various time zones, with start times between 8:00 am - 12:00 am AST / 7:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and Saturday-Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm AST / 8 am to 8 pm EST. The role requires flexibility as client demand varies. During training, hours will be 8 am - 4 pm.
