Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects who have received quotes
- Triage customer requests (sales or support) to the right person
- Engage prospective customers at different points in the sales cycle to influence revenue (not on a quota)
- Document data and key customer info in Asana for the sales team
- Occasionally process payments and invoices through Jobber
Requirements
- High level of spoken English (near native) for customer interactions
- Ability to make small talk or engage in friendly conversation
- Software savvy and ability to easily adopt new tools
- Ability to handle customer disputes calmly
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM EST
Location Preference: LATAM
