We’re growing our Customer Service team in Cali and looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic CSR who thrives in a fast-paced, remote call-center environment — working from our Cali offices.

What you’ll do

  • Resolving benefits and claims inquiries from members and providers with accuracy and care
  • Managing high volume inbound/outbound call queues and email/ticketing workflows
  • Researching and following up on billing discrepancies, balance billing issues, and claim status
  • Conducting outreach calls to providers and members as assigned
  • Documenting all interactions accurately across CRM and operational systems
  • Supporting account management, provider relations, and operations teams on remote project work
