Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsabilidades Esenciales
Gather data to update and supply monthly data required for regional Demand Value Added Forecasting process including:
Lead the Demand Planning Cycle by reviewing and pressure testing value added demand forecast with regional leaders and attend their confirmation
Consolidate and input value added forecast into M2M
Prepare presentation for the Demand review addressing all gaps to previous forecasts
Attain approval of demand and gap closing plan
Review approved demand plan and recommended actions with the Materials Manager // Planners.
