Lutron has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative - Invoicing, to join our team in Cartago Costa Rica. At Lutron, we put the customer first in all that we do. On the Customer Service Team, you will have the opportunity to make a long-lasting, positive impact on the support and relationship management we provide to our customers. You will develop your career through meaningful customers interactions, immersive product training and relationship building throughout the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing for key accounts and service contract customers, including both pre-sale and post-sale activities
  • Locate and verify customer accounts in Salesforce for accurate billing
  • Create and maintain Service Contracts and Work Orders to support service delivery
  • Support customer onboarding through portals, including registration, ACH setup, and Certificate of Insurance collection
