We are hiring great **Customer Service Representatives** for an Ecommerce premium athletic clothing company, to work in its Distribution Center in Tijuana.The function of the Customer Service Agent is to be a link between the customer and our Company, ensuring the customer's value and providing a greater experience.
**Position Purpose for both roles (Phone calls and Back Office)**- **_Temporary position - 5 Months_****_ Location Zona Rio_****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Phone Customer Support- Chat or SMS Customer Support- Schedule 1: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.- Schedule 2: Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday to Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.**REQUIREMENTS**:Great Customer Service and Excellent Communication Skills!
Bachelor's degree preferable, High school / Preparatoria - is a must.Fluent in both spoken and written English.Proficiency in English Grammar.Typing skill of minimum speed of 36 wpm.Computer skills required.MacOS user level (preferable)No transportation issues -...
