Position Summary A global organization supporting North American operations is seeking aCustomer service, representativeto provide administrative and operational support to teams in the United States.This role is primarilyback-office focused , responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, internal coordination, and operational continuity.
Direct customer interaction is minimal and occurs only when necessary.Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders, returns, and credit notes.
Support the resolution of customer-related issues through internal coordination.
Review daily order book reports and address discrepancies to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls.
Provide administrative and operational support to frontline Customer Engagement teams.
