Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams (production, quality, planning, etc.) Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or new launches within the automotive industry Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related field Advanced English (C1 level) ERP systems - Advanced Excel Valid visa required Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to global customers and a key role in operational success
