ResponsabilitiesGuarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements EDI in SAP system.Responsible for ensuring that shipments are comply with the windows established by customers and deliveries are on time and in proper form and avoid any impact.Negotiate increases and decreases in customer demand in order to ensure compliance with the contracted terms and the monthly sales objective.Maintain constant communication with the engineering, planning, production and shipping areas for production scheduling and timely export.Follow up with the production scheduler for compliance with deliveries.Coordinate the transportation of shipments with the customer carries.Verify the correct transmission of ASN for shipments.Manage customer supply system.Responsible for reporting performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims.Experience & Background RequirementsEnglish - Strong oral and written communication skillsPrevious experience in Customer Service Divis...
