Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) – Role We are seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to prime pre‑sales solutioning across our data, voice, mobility, and IoT portfolios and drive success and experience post‑sales. As a trusted advisor, you will combine technical expertise with a consultative, customer‑first approach—simplifying complex solutions and translating them into real business value. You will partner closely with Sales Executives to design scalable, customer‑centric solutions that drive top‑line growth, cross‑sell opportunities, and faster contract‑to‑cash execution.
