Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel and external brand commercial strategies for Church & Dwight brands to drive sales and profit growth.
• Champion trade funding design and execution that supports strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Lead and manage the channel and go‑to‑market planning process for 2‑3 household businesses.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to produce short‑ and long‑term brand and financial plans.
• Serve as the internal voice of sales in integrating sales perspectives into brand plans.
• Serve as the external voice of marketing in developing external plans and presentations.
• Monitor and report progress on sales fundamentals and channel strategies, driving learning and continuous improvement.
