Overview
Customer Success Platform Specialist - Gainsight
This role focuses on managing automated customer touchpoints in the Gainsight platform—including setup, orchestration, quality checks, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will work with the Gainsight/CPIT team to ensure best practices, adopt new features, and continuously improve processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer success, process improvement, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day automation operations: campaign setup, segmentation, readiness checks, and QA.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide performance analytics for dashboards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize Tech Touch campaigns.
- Design and maintain automated customer touchpoints and analytics.
- Act as the Gainsight subject matter expert for the Tech Touch team.
