Role Overview
Reports to: CEO
Works with: Head of Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
Work Hours: 11 am to 8 pm SGT (1-hour lunch break)
Work days: 4 Weekdays & Saturday
This role is primarily responsible for customer success and operational execution, with a secondary sales component with uncapped commissions tied to showroom interactions. You will guide customers through their purchase journey in a consultative, service-driven manner while ensuring showroom operations, scheduling, pricing, and coordination run smoothly.
Sales commissions apply to supported conversions with uncapped commissions, but this is not a hard-sales driven role. The priority is long-term customer trust, experience, and operational excellence.
