What will the candidate do?
The candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments, ensuring daily operational execution, on-time pickup and delivery, and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams. They will coordinate shipment coverage, monitor track & trace, PODs, unbilled and service issues, prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for their assigned accounts, and support the onboarding and growth of new business within their assigned portfolio.
About the Role
Contact carrier to obtain daily capacity and status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered, empty
Ensure correct load status in TMS, e.g., loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.
Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary
