- Conversational english and comprehension is required.
- Clearly communicate the nature of the debt and establish a cooperative dialogue.
- Negotiating Payment Plans:_- Assess the financial situation of debtors and negotiate realistic and achievable payment plans.
- Provide information on alternative payment options to facilitate debt resolution.
