This role supports the DISA GSMO II Capability Requirements Support Program. GSM-O II delivers network operations and cyber defense capabilities for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), enabling DoD and Combatant Command (CCMD) cyber mission objectives. This is a senior-level position centered on Joint Planning Process (JPP) execution, Functional Mission Analysis, and Mission Relevant Terrain-Cyber (MRT-C) analysis, which serve as the primary differentiators for success. The selected candidate will lead operational requirements analysis in conjunction with CCMD JDIRs and cyber mission thread activities, translating insights into operational support phases, posture planning, and mission outcomes.

Working closely with DISA stakeholders, CCMDs, and senior leadership, this role requires the ability to integrate MRT-C outputs into planning processes, assess cyber risk to mission, and influence decision-making at the strategic and operational level...
