Description
PwC Canada’s CyberArk Support Senior Associate protects digital infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities and managing threat intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by customers.
- Perform day‑to‑day PIM (CyberArk Secret Manager) operations.
- Lead incident calls with diverse stakeholders and apply fixes in Non‑Prod and Production environments.
- Document case progress and technical details in the knowledge base throughout the support lifecycle.
- Provide 24x7 on‑call support via a rotational schedule.
- Participate in recurring support review meetings, present challenges, and propose mitigation plans to Product Owners.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs and assist with continual improvement initiatives.
