Become a RISE Case Specialist at DIVERSEcity, providing culturally competent support to high-needs clients in Surrey and Delta. Help families navigate their new lives while fostering independence.

This full-time position focuses on the refugee and immigrant experience through individual and family-based case management. You will leverage your expertise in Dari and Pashto to provide personalized navigation, cultural brokerage, and life skills training for clients over a period of 12-18 months until they graduate from the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to solicit client referrals
• Perform intake and needs assessments for clients
• Develop service/action plans tailored to individual needs
• Facilitate individual and group life skills training sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed
