Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Share your product knowledge and suggestions
• Promote AEO's loyalty program effectively
• Switch between various store areas as necessary
• Solve guest concerns in line with company policy
Requirements:
• Love for interacting with customers
• Retail work history is a plus
• Must be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 16 years of age
• Strong passion for AE and Aerie products
