- Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts to provide solutions and services.
- Manage strategic accounts and develop strategies for success.
- Be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales in their segment and assigned accounts.
- Be able to understand and offer the client a comprehensive solution based on their needs.
- Knowledge and constant updating of Vertiv's product and service portfolio.
- Maintain and update the Vertiv CRM Platform in a timely manner and as frequently as requested.
- Contact and visit clients to sell and increase new products and services to current clients.
- Monitor and analyze goal achievement (Sales); build long-term relationships with clients that allow for healthy customer dependence on our solutions.
