Position Summary:Current focus areas for digital technology includes Business Intelligence and Data Literacy, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI.Work You'll Do:- Develop strategic plans to increase digital literacy and technology adoption across all operating companies, identifying key areas for improvement and potential solutions.
- Lead the adoption of new digital technologies within the organization, ensuring that they align with our business goals and objectives.
- Investigate and evaluate external training sources to supplement internal training efforts, ensuring that our associates have access to the most up-to-date and relevant training materials.
