Data Governance Specialist

The Data Governance Specialist is accountable for establishing and sustaining an enterprise data governance program that ensures the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of ARMA data. The role provides leadership in governing and organizing data assets, setting clear policies and standards, supporting data catalogues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy, access, retention and other regulatory requirements. By collaborating with ARMA staff and guiding a data stewardship working group, the Data Governance Specialist strengthens data quality, reduces organizational risk, and enables confident, data-driven decision-making across ARMA.
