Data Team Supervisor

**LeadVenture** is looking for a **Publishing Supervisor**.
This person must be highly attentive to detail, have strong computer skills, and can multi-task with mínimal error.
**Here is more information about what you will be able to do**:- Work closely with the Manager to exercise or implement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Regularly communicate with the manager about problems detected in the department, and steps taken to resolve them.
- Coordinate and assist in training team members to ensure that each performs his or her role properly.
- Create key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
- Participates in weekly management meetings with team members.
- Learn the data publishing process for each data department to assist with evaluating department processes and procedures, suggesting improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
