Day Camp Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking Youth Workers to lead programs for youth in grades 6-9 across Central Ontario, Muskoka, and northern communities.

Key Requirements

• Experience working with children and youth
• Leadership skills and experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Willing and able to work weekdays with some evenings and weekends for programs or events
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Willingness to do community outreach
• Strong computer, organizational, time management, and administrative skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a day camp program for grades 6-9
• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate program activities
• Promote the program using media skills
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide support and mentorship to youth
