Day Shift Maintenance Lead

Position Summary and Objective

The Maintenance Shift Lead coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of all systems and equipment. The role maintains a clean and organized workspace by ensuring team members follow company policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food’s Core Values.
• Understand and lead compliance with both Health and Safety and Food Safety practices.

  • Utilize equipment troubleshooting skills to solve complex issues.
  • Organize resources on the floor and provide guidance to the team to address equipment issues.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to coordinate maintenance team efforts to achieve the DAILY goal.
